We began this blog as members of a team for the Kingman-Norwich Recreation's Biggest Loser Contest. We decided to document our journey with a blog site and after the contest ended, we kept it going as a way to inspire others and more so to keep US going! We hope you laugh, learn and lose with us! Revelation of the day.......
Healthy eating would be so much easier if I had a TV that doesn't show commercials, a computer that doesn't show fast food ads, and a grocery store that doesn't sell cookies!!!
