Saturdays are definitely the most difficult. I dont know if its because we are out and about and around more temptations or if its a saturday party day attitude that I automatically get. All I know is I really want junk food today. Its so ridiculous that food is such an emotional part of our lives but it definitely is. Heavy sigh......just keep on keeping on.

    I struggle with weekends home alone. I have the potential to be one of those that you read about in the paper. "She was found dead on her coach under packages of oreos, containers of milk, with a DVD of "Coal Miner's Daughter" playing non-stop on her TV."
